1. Acceptance

By using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Programme details are indicative

Information on this site about pricing, deposit tiers, construction timelines and repayment options is indicative and intended as a guide. Final terms are governed by the signed agreement you'll receive upon application.

3. Commitment fee

The USD $500 commitment fee is paid upon signing the waiting list form. It is held against your name and deducted from your occupational deposit when it falls due.

4. Occupational deposit

Your occupational deposit is a percentage of the house purchase price, tiered by your age at signing (5% / 20% / 40%). It is payable on or before the occupational date, approximately 9 months from signing.

5. Monthly installments

Monthly installments begin after you take occupation of your home. Repayment options: 5, 10, 15 or 25 years. Exact terms including any applicable interest are defined in your signed agreement.

6. Finishes

All additional finishes — paving, tiles, paint, and other enhancements — are at the client's choice, specification, and expense.

7. Use of this site

You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information in applications or enquiries
• Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or stress-test the site
• Attempt to bypass security controls or access restricted areas
• Use the site to distribute malware or harass any person

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, designs, logos — is owned by Vuka Africa Ribane Housing Developments or its licensors and is protected by Zimbabwean and international copyright law. You may not reproduce or distribute it without written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Zimbabwe.
