Getting your dream home with Ribane Housing Developments is simple, transparent, and client-focused. Here is exactly how it works.

    Register & Commit

    Sign a waiting list form accompanied by a USD $500 commitment fee. This fee is held against your name and fully deducted from your occupational deposit when it falls due — no money is wasted.

    Choose Your Stand

    Select your preferred stand or location. If you don't have a preference, Ribane Housing will source and allocate a suitable stand on your behalf. Clients who already own a stand may retain it as part of their deposit arrangement.

  3. 03

    Plan & Build

    Once the agreement is signed and the plan is finalised, Ribane Housing commences construction. The estimated waiting period is approximately 9 months from the date of signing. We will keep you updated at every major milestone.

  4. 04

    Raise Your Occupational Deposit

    During the 9-month build period, you'll save the required occupational deposit — a percentage of the house purchase price, tiered by your age at signing: 5% for 18–35 years, 20% for 36–45 years, and 40% for 46+. Remember, the USD $500 you paid in step one is deducted from this.

    Move In & Start Monthly Payments

    After paying the occupational deposit, you take occupation of your new home and begin affordable monthly installments. Choose the repayment horizon that works for your family: 5, 10, 15, or 25 years. Welcome home.
